We know about the importance of the things we put into our body - we are what we eat! In a similar vein, we're talking here about the importance of what we consume in terms of information and how this affects our mind and body - our brain diet if you like. 

This sort of information could include the news or negativity and toxic attitudes from others. We share the importance of being aware of how this shows up for us - i.e. overwhelm; stress; anxiety; negative feelings; distraction and lack of focus.

We go on to share some ideas of what we can do to help ourselves - ensuring that our diet is healthy or healthier.
